Controls:
• On: True bypass, relay based soft footswitch - MESHUGGAH will power up in the same state it was powered off.
• CH 1/2: CH 1 has an extra gain stage; you have been warned...
• Gain 1: Active only in CH 1 (red indicator)
• Gain 2: Active in CH 1 (red indicator) and CH 2 (green indicator)
• Bass: Active circuitry, controls how much bass is added, or taken away.
• Mid: Active circuitry, adjusts how much mid range is present, or taken away.
• Treble: Active circuitry, controls the High frequencies.
• MVC: Overall output level of the MESHUGGAH pedal.
• LO/HI: Lower or higher gain... used to take the pedal from classic rock to a fire breathing high gain monster.

Delicious! I was worried it would be too spicy but while it is definitely spicy it is not so much so that it is unpleasant. Just enough to keep me from overindulging - a few pieces at a time is just right.

To get to the point, this jerky is too soft and moist. Impressively tender actually. The sweetness and heat are nothing special, but you do get 1lb of jerky that is easy to snack on. For that, I have to give it at least 3/5. There are a ton of jerkys with better taste and texture that are definitely more expensive, but if you happen to like a super tender jerky with underwhelming flavors, then this is a good value.

Not your average sundried roadkill 😋

Ok , so just don't look at the price. Think of it like this - go buy 3lbs of quality beef at the store , spices, gas to drive there , dry it down to 1 lb and you'll spend just as much . This is'nt gobble down stuff , its more of a special treat like a glass of fine scotch. Cudos to the lady with the review 'more mango than hot'. This is a tender quality jerky with a really good flavor and a nice balance of sweet n spicey, not burn your face off. It's really tender and the first thing I noticed was that it didn't get stuck in my teeth .... AT ALL. Even my own home made jerky that I trim up six ways to sunday gets stuck in my teeth. It's very tender , I think some folks mistake sticky sugary corn syrup gooped up roadkill for 'moist' . This is actually mostly just MEAT with a good moisture content and it was very yummy 👍
